Nainital – Kasauni – Corbett - Mussoorie
A tour covering the best of Uttaranchal with 3 nights Nainital/ 1 nite Kasauni/ 2 nights Corbett /2 nights Mussoorie
Day 1: Delhi to Nainital (320 kilometres | 8 hours)
Reach N Delhi and you are met on arrival and you leave for Nainital. The route takes you through the busy cities of Ghaziabad, Moradabad and finally Nainital.
For lunch, you can chose from one of the numerous dhabas en route (payable on own).
On arrival, check- in to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Overnite hotel.
Day 2: Nainital
After breakfast, proceed for a local sightseeing tour in and around Naintal.
There are many places of interest like the Naina Devi Temple, Lands` End, Tiffin Top and the Zoo. One can also take the ropeway (payable on own) to the Snow View Point. You can also do boating on the Naini Lake.
Spend the evening at leisure and overnite Nainital.
Day 3: Nainital
After breakfast, you have the whole day at your disposal, you can choose to explore the Mall road, the thandi sadak and/or shop in the famous Bhutia markets.Alternatively you can visit Bhimtal/ Sattal/ Naukachiyatal etc.
Evening at leisure. Overnite Nainital.
Day 4: Nainital - Kausani ( 115 kms- 4 hours )
This morning after breakfast, depart from Nainital and travel to the beautiful hill resort of Kausani from where you can get a clear view of the Nanda Devi Peaks on a clear day.
Later proceed for sightseeing covering Baijnath Temples, Anashakti Ashram, Choukori. Evening at leisure.
Overnight Kasauni.
Day 5 : Nainital to Corbett (Approx 70 kms-2 hours )
After breakfast, depart for the Jim Corbett National park. The drive will take you through the towns of Kashipur, Kaladhungi and finally Rampur.
You will check into the hotel situated in the vicinity of the Jim Corbett National Park.( Please note it is advisable to book the jungle safaris in advance online and there is an option of jeeps/ canters and elepant safari too.)
Evening you can choose to do a safari on own or just choose to relax in resort and watch a wildlife movie and overnite Corbett.
Day 6: Corbett
Optional early morning safari ,the jungles of Corbett are home to a large variety of flora and fauna , it is the oldest national park in India.
Return to hotel for breakfast and day at leisure and enjoy resort facilities and overnite Corbett.
Day 7 : Corbett to Mussoorie (320 kilometres | 8 hours)
Early morning after breakfast, depart for Mussoorie. The route takes you through the cities of Meerut, Muzaffarnagar and Dehradun.
For lunch, you can chose from one of the numerous dhabas enroute or choose one of the more popular restaurants in Dehradun. (payable on own).
On arrival, check- in to the hotel and evening at leisure.
Day 9: Mussoorie
After breakfast, local sightseeing covering Mussoorie. There are many places of interest like the Kempty falls, Camel Back Road, Lal Tibba and Gun Hill. You can also optionally take the ropeway(on own) to the Snow View Point.
Spend the evening at leisure and overnite hotel.
Day 9 : Mussoorie to Delhi
After breakfast you leave for Dehradun / Delhi to board your return flight.
